Judge for yourself . The comments by the ever learned payback 911 suggest that the police were somehow favored over the firefighters . The 9/11 co mission did document a lack a communication amongst the fire department members but how is this a deliberate act of extermination as payback suggests. I didn't think we'd get to have round three with payback but here we go!

The firefighters produced the video payback only posted it. The firefighters proved that Rudy failed time and time again to give them adequate radios. The devices did not work in the tower. There was no order to get out received and the firemen died.
When Rudy wanted to get the gold, he relegated remains of firemen to the city dump. When the families objected, Rudy had them arrested.

Ideologues of all stripes filter their perceptions through a prism of pre-conceptions. The video reflected an honest attempt by the firefighters to detail the facts behind their tragic casualties on 9/11.

The facts of the case put the blame on Rudy, and his supporters hurl personal invective against his detractors. This is the ad hominen logical fallacy [killing the messenger who brings bad news].

The political left also indulges in this fallacy as well, i.e. Clinton in Waco and in Seattle. Neither side can excuse its atrocities by personal invective.
