This is a day the Democrats must have envisioned but never fully appreciated until right now. Up to now McCain was running a deadheat against both Hilary Clinton and barack Obama for president and all it would take for the democrats to win would be a larger, more enthusiastic voter turnout on their side right? Not anymore! Ralph Nader, the independant who inadvertantly helped the current President get elected in 2000, is back to fight another day. Hilary is right that no one would support Mccain would support Nader so the Democratic nominee has the most to lose. Now I will be intersted to se the polling on this in the coming days. Maybe Nader won't be a factor this time. and the main parties should definately remain focussed on each other but this is not a day to be all smiles if you are a Democrat.

Yeah!!! Third party Ralph, just in time to redirect the crazies away from Hillary and/or Barack. Just what McCain and the GOP needs !!!!!
It would be nice to see Mccain souley on his own merits but vote splitting works if it keeps those two out the whitehouse
